Refund & Return Policy for Jub Marine Export

At Jub Marine Export, we stand behind the quality of our new and used marine machinery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
1. Conditions of Goods
New Machinery
- All new machinery is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
- Any issues will be addressed as per the manufacturer's terms.
Used Machinery
- Our used machinery is thoroughly inspected and condition tested before shipment.
- We provide detailed specifications and condition reports (including photos) to the buyer prior to sale.
- All used machinery is sold "as is" and "where is", unless otherwise stated in the written sales agreement.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Damaged Goods: If the machinery is received in a state of damage directly attributable to transit, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic or video evidence of the damage is required. A claim will be initiated with the shipping carrier, and a return or refund will be arranged upon confirmation.
- Misrepresented Goods: If the received machinery fundamentally does not match the specifications or condition report provided, the buyer must notify us within 7 daysof delivery. A full inspection will be required upon return to our facility.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used after delivery.
- Items sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Issues related to compatibility or suitability that were the buyer's responsibility to verify prior to purchase.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at jubmarinesales@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.
- Upon approval, return the item to our facility. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We will provide return shipping instructions upon approval.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
- The refund amount may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) to cover handling and inspection costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note: All return requests are subject to review and approval. We recommend keeping all original packaging and documentation.
