Terms & Conditions of Sale for Jub Marine Export

Welcome to Jub Marine Export. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of marine machinery and services from us. By engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

• While we strive for accuracy, all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are for informational purposes only.
• The final agreed-upon specifications are detailed in the official proforma invoice and sales agreement.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed in your invoice.
• Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or installation fees unless explicitly stated.
• Quotation: All inquiries will be met with a detailed quotation (Proforma Invoice) outlining the product, price, payment terms, and estimated delivery time.
• Payment: Full payment or a pre-agreed deposit is required to confirm an order. We accept bank transfers and other specified payment methods as mentioned in the invoice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, all sales are on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from our facility.
• We can, however, assist with arranging competitive shipping quotes upon request.
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon goods being made available at our facility for collection.
• Delivery Time: All delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Warranties and Liability

• Used Machinery: All used machinery is sold "as is" and without warranty, expressed or implied, unless a separate warranty is explicitly provided in the sales agreement. The buyer assumes all risk associated with the use of the equipment.
• New Machinery: New machinery is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Jub Marine Export acts as a facilitator and is not liable for manufacturing defects or issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jub Marine Export's liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the purchase price of the specific product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
